If anyone has the CS 757 FSX version and needs some advice on this issue, please contact me. The custom sounds are restored when the files are removed from quarantine back to their orginal location. Go to just flight web page u get a download to fixįinally solved this problem! McAfee anti-virus thinks the 757 sound gauge is a trojan and quarantines it, along with some other files. Or specify the sound card in fsx settings, sound. Or disable one of the soundcards using device manager? I once upgraded my soundcard driver and it changed to 5.1 surround which meant I lost some of my sounds as I only have 2 speakers. If you only have 2 speakers check your soundcard is set as such. (yes I know I shouldn't have put this in Events as well, posted it in there by mistake!)

This appears to have happened after I changed voice sounds from headphones to speakers and back again (I have two sound cards installed). I have FSUIPC version 4.57 and the 757 service pack from the Just Flight website installed. I've lost sounds specific to this add on - GPWS sounds, alert sound, 757 bleeper, fire bell and TCAS sounds etc. I have the Captain Sim 757 for FSX installed.
